 
  Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats 
- 1 cup peanut butter 
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (canadian) 
- 7 medium bananas 
- 1 block chocolate (chopped in chunks) 
Intructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add all your ingredients, except for your chocolate, and mix well. Fold through your chocolate, reserving a few to top the bars with. 
- Transfer the batter into the lined pan and top with extra chocolate chunks. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops are golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing into bars.
