Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (canadian)

  • 7 medium bananas

  • 1 block chocolate (chopped in chunks)

Intructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all your ingredients, except for your chocolate, and mix well. Fold through your chocolate, reserving a few to top the bars with.

  3. Transfer the batter into the lined pan and top with extra chocolate chunks. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops are golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing into bars.
