Ingredients

  • 300 grams Gluten free flour mix

  • 150 grams Vegan protein powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking powder

  • 150 grams Nuttelex

  • 150ml Soy milk

  • 150 grams Coconut sugar

  • 1 ½ cup Chocolate chips

Intructions

  1. LETS MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN

  2. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  3. In a small pan, over low-medium heat melt the nuttelex

  4. In a seperate shallow dish bowl, mix together the wet ingredients

  7. Stir through the chocolate chips

  8. Spoon the mixture into a small oven proof fry pan, flatten

  9. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown
