300 grams Gluten free flour mix
150 grams Vegan protein powder
1 ½ teaspoons Baking powder
150 grams Nuttelex
150ml Soy milk
150 grams Coconut sugar
1 ½ cup Chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a small pan, over low-medium heat melt the nuttelex
In a seperate shallow dish bowl, mix together the wet ingredients

Combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together
Stir through the chocolate chips
Spoon the mixture into a small oven proof fry pan, flatten
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown
