High Protein Tofu Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Silken Tofu

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Tamari

  • 1 tablespoon cherry liquor

  • 1 clove Garlic

  •  Small knob of ginger

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 Handful Chives

  • 1 Chilli

Intructions

  1. LETS MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN

  2. Grate the ginger and garlic finely, and mix in a bowl with all other ingredients

  3. Chop the herbs and chilli and also mix in

  4. Slice the tofu, and pour over the dressing

  5. Prep: wash and chop veggies
