Ingredients

CHEESECAKE

  • 8 x Fancy Plants Silky Pots

  •  ¼ Cup Coconut Oil

  • 1 ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  •  ¼ Cup Shredded Cabbage

  •  ¼ Cup Shredded Carrot

  •  ¼ Pimp my salad Vegan Aoili

BASE

  •  ½ Cup Almonds

  •  ½ Cup Desiccated Coconut

  • 5 ½ Medjool Dates

  •  ½ Pinch Salt

DRIZZLE

  •  ¼ Cup Condensed Coconut Milk

  • 100 grams Melted Vegan white Chocolate

  • 1 large ingredient

Intructions

  1. LETS MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN

  2. Shred the tofu on a box grater and add all the spices, and tomato paste

  3. On medium heat, fry off the tofu until fragrant and charred.

  4. Fire roast your tortillas until charred, this will take only a couple seconds

  5. Mix together your shredded cabbage and carrot

  6. Layer your tofu, followed by shredded veg, and squeeze the aioli
