Quick Shredded Tofu Tacos

A simple recipe that is super high in protein, and takes little time to prepare. These tacos will leave you salivating from start to finish.

A simple trick of grating the tofu on a cheese grater will help you achieve this wonderful texture sensation.

Ingredients

  • 6 x Corn Tortillas

  •  ½ x block of FIRM tofu

  • 1 ½ tablespoon Tomato Paste

  • 1 ½ teaspoon Cumin

  • 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  •  ¼ Cup Shredded Cabbage

  •  ¼ Cup Shredded Carrot

Intructions

  1. LETS MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN

  2. Shred the tofu on a box grater and add all the spices, and tomato paste

  3. On medium heat, fry off the tofu until fragrant and charred.

  4. Fire roast your tortillas until charred, this will take only a couple seconds

  5. Mix together your shredded cabbage and carrot

  6. Layer your tofu, followed by shredded veg, and squeeze the aioli
